What Customers thinks about our Themes?

A few years ago I did a project for a customer with Rifle Pro theme. This was so easy to use and the customer was very happy. Since then the customer stopped his business and website and for some reason my subscription with Apollo13 was not canceled. I send an email to support and the canceled the subscription and also provided me with a refund. Where do you find customer support like this nowadays? I would certainly recommend Apollo13 themes.

Excellent product - I have always struggled to use WordPress, however this theme took so many problems away and allowed me to create a website with so much more ease Easy to use and understand, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a professional finish in an easy to put together way!

Very nice team, and they are always prompt. Very clean code, and it always runs smooth. Developer notes on the back-end are always very clear and to the point. This is a very easy and progressive theme. Definite potential to be the top of the industry.

Rating this theme at 5 stars because it is the only experience I have with any themes, but it is pretty easy to use. If there are issues the Rife support forum is very helpful. I would recommend this theme.

I had spent a really long time to find a proper theme for my new site, when I stumbled upon Rife. I just completed my new website with it and am all exited about how it can elevate my photography business. Support has been great and Rife Pro, which I ended up purchasing, has many features and things that can be configured. All in all, I'm very pleased. My site is fast, up to date and looks awesome. Hats off to the developers for a nice theme and awesome support.

RIFE is an absolutely amazing WordPress theme! Top notch in every way, extremely mobile friendly with so many dynamic elements, butter smooth parallax and animations, customizable in every way and great support and developers 💯🙌🏻And with the new Elementor Pro and insane Motion effects, the design potential and mobile on scroll Wow factor is banana$!

A highly recommended theme! Very versatile and easy to setup (flying start thanks to the design imports), lots of customization options and plenty of documentation available, as well as some great demo's so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing the theme.

Big plus is that the developers are fully focused on Rife - unlike other theme's, I'm not worried that updates will stop after a while. Commu- nication is friendly and the developers are always happy to help!

Great theme. It took some learning curve but feels great now to work with it.

I tried out several themes from Envato without success before I found Rife. The Rife Free theme is great, but the Rife Pro theme is the best. What I loved was that I could play around with the free theme, work out how to change things, get familiar with the theme, and then apply the Pro theme without losing my content.

Rife Pro is even easier to use than Free, and has so many customization options. I particularly like the fact they provide video training for beginners, as well as extensive documentation to help work out what to do. I never thought I'd ever make my own website - and I have, and I'm so happy with how professional it looks, and that it's beautifully responsive!

After having used other 'premium' themes before this, I've found Rife Theme to be:
1) Relatively easy to set up
2) Reliable
3) Frequently updated
... but by far the biggest shock for me was how amazing the support is. Everything I asked has been resolved quickly and responsively. Blown away by it to be honest ....

Nice theme, lot's of possibility.

Rife is by far the best theme I have ever used in the last 6 years. It's perfect for a whole range of purposes.

Honestly, it is just amazing : I had like hundred of problems and tested sooooo many themes before, and there were so many problems that I never actually have with you.

I will not comment on the theme itself, as everybody have different needs. What I will say is, that the support is great and, while not to be expected in seconds or during weekends, is swift and precise. What I value the most, that I can get help with custom CSS as well and am not footballed by the phrase "Custom CSS is optional and we don't support that officially" as, for example, SquaresSpace often did [from template platforms, mind you, I still think SS is the best choice].

Anyhoo - the real value here is the help you're getting and it's great. As I switched to WordPress just with my current website, thus I cannot compare, but Customize options AS IS are looking pretty robust and you can get lost in them - which is way better than having just couple buttons and ending up with un-personal webpage, that looks like gazillion others.

Also - if some things are just not possible, you don't hear some weaseling out, but a straight talk, that this and that ain't gonna work. Kudos for that as well.

So, yeah - five stars, as my experience so far is enjoyable.

If you are lucky enough to find a well-designed theme with great support and tons of options, TAKE IT! Too often, pretty looking themes on ThemeForest are buggy and even worst 90% of them have HORRIBLE support that couldn't really care less about your once you paid for it. Thanks, to your theme! You're one of the good ones all around.

I also used the old version of apolo13, a great theme, unique with a vertical menu.

I love Rife! It's flexible, looks amazing, works a charm, has loads of gorgeous designs to get started with. And then, for those of us that start out boldly, then inevitably need a rescue - there's easy to understand documentation plus geek-level support! I'm thinking this could be better than sliced bread! Did I mention that I love Rife? 🙂

Very awesome: Lot of tinkering and customization, but no need to code, awesome themes and stuff. Highly recommended, i'm using Rife theme PRO. It has quite nice stuff in it.

Pesquisei por um tema de base, que me desse autonomia para construir meus próprios layouts. Encontrei o Rife e fiquei impressionada já com a versão Free que é bem completa e oferece diversos recursos adicionais, recursos estes que dificilmente encontramos em outros temas. O suporte é excelente, assim como a documentação. A versão Pro é incrível!!! O tema acompanha todos os componentes necessários e isso me deixou encantada! Eu estou amando o tema Rife Free e Rife Pro!

Rife is a beautiful theme with excellent foundational elements for a site. It comes with a lot of very well-designed full site templates that are also rich with possibilities. It is a complex theme, so it's not always obvious how to create the pages you want from the various templates and sample pages, but the effort is well worth it in the final site. Support is excellent, but you must realize that Apollo13 is a small company, so response to questions on the forum can take some time, but the answers are good and very helpful, so be patient. It's worth it!

I bought their previous theme FatMoon and was very pleasantly surprised with the support [as I don't make websites for a living or often]. Thus, when I needed to make some sites for my friends, I headed to this side without any much searching around. By that time Rife was popped up. Since with Rife guys doing all by themselves [as FatMoon was hosted by Envato], more funding goes their way and this is great. Easy choice here as well.

If you're not savvy in WP and/or want to make things quicker, I would suggest to get subscription with support. Will work with Apollo13 again.

I can't express enough praise for Rife Pro. The guys over at Apollo13 have created a beautiful and highly flexible environment to create Website without any profound knowledge (using Elementor as page builder is a big plus). But the best of all this is their fast and generous support! I have gotten so much help through many projects in a fast and friendly manner that allowed me to please my clients! I can highly recommend it from my personal experience!

I was looking since a long time for a very simple and photo focused design and I have to say that I fall in love with your theme, it's super easy to use and to customize. But what I like even more is that it's super photo focused. This is very important to for a photographer to show his work instead of his other content.

I think I bought this Theme at the beginning of the year. I did a lot of research before buying this theme and I have to say the reviews did not fail. This theme gives so many sleek, beautiful, high-quality design options. It can be used by anyone who has the will to create something stunning.

Aside from this, what has blown me away is the absolutely amazing customer service. They will dig deep with you to look for solutions and they will find solutions because they understand their theme inside and out.

This theme has to be one of the best themes I have used! I was looking for a theme that suited my minimalistic approach to design together with a theme that was easy to use and customisable and theme provided this for me. Not to mention their support forum aint at all bad either 🙂

Great design, easy to customize, customer support is fantastic. These guys build some solid themes and back them up with great service. When you purchase one of their themes, you get a team to help you create the website you need.
